High Quality, Organically Grown Medical Marijuana Leads to Consistent Extracts
Our team produces a vast array of extracted products, ranging from dabbable concentrates and cartridges, intended to capture the essence of the plant, to distillate products that can be formulated for specific cannabinoid profiles.
The Importance of Post-Harvest Allocation
During harvest, strains are allocated to fresh frozen or dry cure process. This allocation is critical to determining the final product.

Fresh Frozen Plant Material
Fresh frozen, or flash frozen, is plant material that is frozen within 45 minutes of harvest with the intention to preserve the essence of the plant at the time of harvest. Many botanical compounds, like cannabinoids and terpenes, can degrade very quickly under various conditions. Changes in temperature, light, humidity, etc can cause these compounds to quickly change.

In an effort to freeze the degradation process of these compounds, the harvest team trims flower and sweet leaf into foodsaver bags that are vacuum sealed, and quickly placed in a sub-zero freezer.  The frozen medical marijuana flower and sweet leaf will remain in the freezer for at least 72 hours. After which, each strain is scheduled for extraction to eventually create high quality live resin products.

Processed Products We Derive from Dry Plant Material
Dry plant material is created after we hang-dry flower for approximately 10 days. Much of this dried material is packaged as flower; however, trim, mini flower, and kief is sent to extraction to become a myriad of products. These products are:

Strain-Specific RSO
Rick Simpson Oil (RSO)

Our strain-specific RSO products are formulated to fit within one of our 5 unique categories: Calm, Harmony, Inspire, Enhance, and Restore. Our RSO is derived from cannabinoid-rich dry flower material - a combination of kief, sweet leaf, and other useful plant material. This starting material results in a potent, strain-specific, and extremely beneficial final product for patients.

Vaporizer Cartridge
Live Delta-9 Distillate

A delta-9 THC distillate base, with live terpenes added, specifically decanted from strain-specific live resin products to provide the full-spectrum benefits of medical marijuana.

Vaporizer Cartridge
Live Delta-8 Distillate

Delta-8 THC is an less-psychoactive isomer of the more widely known delta-9 THC. We convert delta-8 THC by degrading delta-9 THC distillate in a chemical process. After the delta-9 is converted to delta-8, we reintroduce strain-specific terpenes gathered from the live resin crystallization process. This provides the full-spectrum benefits of medical marijuana, and the familiar flavor associated with live-resin products.

Tincture
THC & CBD Tincture

Offered in delta-8, delta-9, high THC, and high-CBD formulations, all FARMACEUTICALRX tinctures are formulated with organic MCT oil. Tinctures as an administration method are ideal for more precise dosing requirements, as FARMACEUTICALRX tinctures are designed to meet precise formulations for select cannabinoids: hence the Select category.

In Farrell, Pennsylvania, we set our sights to transform a 40,000 square foot steel manufacturing building to include a state-of-the-art, high-volume medical marijuana processing center. This video was captured at the beginning of our journey, in August 2018.
